Hummus is one of my staples! Especially with the extra protein from hemp seeds. Whether its on toast or your veggie bowls, hummus is a great addition to many meals. Beets are so good for you, and they make everything so pretty! Enjoy.



  • 1 small Raw Beetroot (diced)

  • 14 oz. can Chickpeas (drained)

  • 5 tbsp. Olive oil.

  • 2 Lemons juiced

  • 2 tbsp. Tahini

  • 3 Cloves Garlic (peeled)

  • 2 tsp. Ground Cumin

  • 1tsp. Hemp Seeds

  • Dash pink salt and pepper


  • Place all ingredients into food processor or blender.

  • Slowly add 1-2 tbsp. of while blending until you reach a desired consistency.

  • Taste and add more seasoning to liking (salt, pepper, cumin, etc)
