Recipe: I use a vitamix for my smoothies and almost everything else in my life :) I found it works best to add liquid first and build from there. I also never stick to one exact recipe, I add things from the 'optional ingredients' list frequently! Enjoy!
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 Cup frozen wild blueberries
2 Cups of almond milk
1 Tsp of Hawaiian Spirulina
1 Tbsp of Almond or nut butter of your choice
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 scoop of vegan protein powder or hemp protein
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach desired constancy. Add more water if needed.
