The Ultimate Smoothie

Recipe: I use a vitamix for my smoothies and almost everything else in my life :) I found it works best to add liquid first and build from there. I also never stick to one exact recipe, I add things from the 'optional ingredients' list frequently! Enjoy!


  • 1/2 Frozen Banana

  • 1 Cup frozen wild blueberries

  • 2 Cups of almond milk

  • 1 Tsp of Hawaiian Spirulina

  • 1 Tbsp of Almond or nut butter of your choice

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 1/2 scoop of vegan protein powder or hemp protein

Optional Ingredients:

Flax oil


Hemp seeds

Shredded coconut



Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach desired constancy. Add more water if needed.
