Vegan Oil-Free Banana Bread
I love a good healthy baked snack and this is it! It's sweetened with just enough maple syrup but the bananas and nut butter are the stars here!

Vegan Oil-Free Banana Bread:
Ingredients:
3-4 ripe bananas looking for 1 cup or so of mashed bananasÂ
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of nut butter
1 tsp of lemon juiceÂ
1 3/4 cup of flourÂ
1/2 cup of chopped walnutsÂ
Dash of cinnamonÂ
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking sodaÂ
Dash of saltÂ
Chocolate chips for topping (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Peel and Mash bananas in a medium size mixing bowl.
Add maple syrup, lemon juice, and nut butter and whisk to combine.
Sift in flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add chopped walnuts and with a spatula mix to combine.
Pour mixture into a lined loaf pan. Top with a few chocolate chips (optional)
Bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.Â
Let cool and enjoy!Â
