Vegan Parmesan Cheese Recipe

Dive into this amazing topping that can last in the fridge for weeks and is V/GF and cheesy, and takes less than 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup cashews

  • 3 TBSP of nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp pf pink salt

  • 1 Clove of garlic

  • Pinch of garlic powder

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend up into a fine meal. Use as toppings on salads, pizza, pasta, popcorn!
