SPRING WOMEN'S WORKSHOP!
Spring is right around the corner! What a good time to take inventory of your health and meet some like minded women along the way! We may be in different seasons of life, busy with kids, working on our own physical health, craving more inspiration, or maybe needing some accountability? If this sounds familiar than this is your affirmation that this workshop is for you!
March 2nd we will begin with weekly zoom calls to connect, grow, learn, and support each other as we begin to push forward to meet our health and wellness goals. We will cover specific topics and have the opportunity to share in a setting full of support and encouragement. The workshop also includes one on one private calls with me throughout the month to dive a bit deeper into your holistic health and wellness goals. The private Facebook group is also a great tool where we share recipes, articles, and connect along the way.
I titled this workshop "4 weeks of creating balance into Spring" for a reason. It's a great time to use the change of season to begin to cook with foods in season, evaluate our everyday habits, gain awareness and in turn better support our nervous system. We will be creating small changes that in turn create big results!
The true beauty is in showing up, consistency, and feeling comfortable to share and learn from others. I feel privileged to lead this group again and I can't wait to see you there!
